Client Services Support Specialist


Integrated Mobile is seeking a Client Services Support Specialist to join our team in our Mason, OH office! The Client Service Support Specialist provides support to the Client Services Manager (CSM) by taking incoming calls from end-user entering orders, preparing information, and other related duties to assist the team in providing the highest level of service delivery.

Responsibilities include:
  • Services clients and encourages positive business relationships by answering phone lines and engaging, interacting, and responding in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner.
  • Performs all carrier transaction (MACD's) by entering information accurately in to appropriate carrier and internal systems.
  • Promotes high standards of customer service by identifying, researching and resolving customer issues with appropriate carriers.
  • Works to meet established deadlines and Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance goals by effectively performing assignments and documenting/updating client records.
  • Fosters both internal and external customer relations by providing timely and courteous response to customer inquiry and requests.
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required, Associated Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in an independent environment
  • 1-2 years related customer service experience required.
  • Previous wireless background preferred.
